I hate people who think quantity over quality.

That sounds about right, if you are right handed. It's unnecessary to do any focus work on one side of your body though, I read that your non-dominant side works harder to push the same weight anyway.

Well I suppose headroom has nothing to do with how a car feels inside... The CTS is a tall-ass car, no need to make excuses for its roof line. Oh and I've sat in C63 AMGs, they are definitely a bit more snug than the CTS but up front, there isn't a huge difference.
