    Here is what worked for me: 1. Go in to Advanced Mode in the UEFI set-up 2. Select the third tab - 'Advanced' 3. Select the last choice - 'APM' 4. Change 'Power on by PCIE' to enabled I did this a couple of weeks ago and haven't had any issues with cold booting my PC since then. Good luck.
