Totally agree. Just as an aside, I'm amazed how well this has aged. I remember when the 286 then 386 then 486 ... those were huge upgrades. I'm running everything I need to just fine with something that it 6 years old ... that's amazing. Not willing to put a lot into upgrades -- better just...

FYI, changed to 2R (somehow it's not 2T or I'm looking at something different) and upped the CPU & VRAM to 1.33750 and all stable for a day now. Prime95 hits 62C

nope. still crashes regularly. Tried to delete and redo Chrome profile, but that didn't work either. sometimes get "accessing cache" in chrome and then crash.

started prime-95 What an idiot I am. pulled off the fan attached to the cpu cooler and in behind it was a mess. Temps hit 98C within 2 minutes. simple clean up, Prime-95 now running 40 minutes, max cpu temp 60C

only 1 month old, completely clean install of Win7 64. removed the Raid 0 drives, all works the same but of course no programs installed then. Just to clarify the original post, I have been running w/o OC for a long time because it was unstable.
