That sounds good. I am thinking that we will use a program (open source) and make it part of our application to create the gif. That is the only way. Doing it from scratch might be too much. Let me looking into the .NET and get back to you. I am comfortable and will have my friend look into it.

Is Acronis easy to use. How do you use it? Can you close the hd and then it will boot up. What I did was I copied everything from that drive to the SSD but it would not boot and said it had an error when it did. Thanks. Some boot file was missing..

Maybe I wasnt clear. The HD tv is a projection screen that has no HDMI. I plugged the Bluray directly into the tv but it didnt work just using rcas for some reason. I believe the convert I bought should be okay and have the picture in 1080. Any other information you guys need?
