Haven't we gone over this already? What your Steam account is worth depends on what someone is willing to pay for it, and that Steamcalculator site doesn't calculate that value. It doesn't even show what you were willing pay for the games in your account. It's all total BS.

Anyone recently switch back to a CRT to compare input lag?

Computer monitor CRTs don't use interlacing, at least not in the last 15 years. You can't even get modern versions of Windows to run in these ancient non-TV interlaced modes, so you weren't seeing seeing "deinterlacing" issues. The flickering is caused by running the monitor at the default 60 Hz...

Most LCD computer monitors should have little or no input lag. Unlike LCD TVs they do very little processing. Any lag will come from the relatively slow response time of LCD displays, but it should still be less than one frame's worth.

Uh, no, you're the one trying to play semantic games here. Like I said, there's no determination of innocence or guilt in a civil trial. The "idea" of innocent until proven guilty requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt, and that level of proof isn't required in civil trials.

A capture card for your PC. One with either an HDMI, component, S-Video or composite input depending on what outputs your Comcast DVR has. I don't think you'll run in to copy protection issues (HDCP or Macrovision), but if so component should be free of them. The card should come with software...

No, EVE isn't story focused like The Old Republic. On the other hand, TOR ground combat isn't twitch combat either. EVE's combat system is nothing like Freelancer, but a lot TOR and most MMORPGs. If what you actually want is an MMO with traditional space sim mechanics then try Jumpgate.

Custom lumber frame for wall-mount in front of fireplace

A 50" Plasma is not easy to tip over, and you would need to have a huge center speaker for it not to fit on or below the TV bench. Why not just use a standard TV wall mount attached directly to the brick? Or with 2x4s as a spacer if the mantel is in the way.
