just wonder what it costs.... as it definitely isn't going to be a $10 extra CE edition like mass effect
that's good info mplogic,
as an alternative, amazon sends you the beta code, 2 days after you pre-order... so there is still time.
I only mention this for those who want the game, but want the benefit of trying it out first and deciding against it... Please don't screw the system by...
oh man thats great to hear... i finally signed up for prime (3-months free trial trick)
would love to get the game early... that makes sense amazon stays on the safe side and sends it out a bit earlier than they need to because if they get it to you one day early you're happy...if you get it...
do you happen to know if there was a special edition for japan?
i think it was just the game +ps3 bundle, it's possible we get that too, but i bit on the regular games since i have ps3 already.
i've heard about a CE music collection versus the regular music collection but not the game itself
FOR AMAZON ONLY!!!

When you scroll down to "special offers and product promotions" you see
Spend at least $50 in Home and Garden products on Amazon.com, in a single purchase from a single seller, and you can get your choice...
true....legally you do still owe 'use tax' to you state, but i'm willing to bet less that 90% of online shoppers even know this.
and of the 10% that do know it, probably and another 90% ignore it.
i can tell you that come april 15th, i don't spend my time tallying all the hundred or so...
you have a point, you can save some money buying used, but buying new helps to support the developers...
personally i like new because i'm a germaphobe... and amazon has pretty much been stellar in the customer service department.
Plus there ARE a few gems to be had with this promotion, just...
i CAN OC it to 3.1 GHz (tried up to 3.4 on air, don't want to try higher due to cooling), the only problem is that i get massive amounts of reported errors which i try to run the stress tests.
could you elaborate on "pencil mod"?
amazon has had this for as low as $242.51 in the recent past (source: camelcamelcamel)
but this is still a good price, for those of you who are waiting for stock, you can use www.eyeItForMe.com (ASIN: B002IJA1EG) to automatically poll amazon for stock.
the best deal was during newegg's black...
i had two e6300 one was the core 2 duo from launch (1.8 GHz) like 06? 07?), the other was a more recent one a e6300 pentium dual core (2.5GHz)
I used the more recent one for the test. My mobo is a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L.
I remember trying to update the bios earlier on, but it think i almost...

Come 1 year, will you get a message to the effect of
"Sorry to continue to use this program you must sign-up for another year of technet"?
I was considering the limited edition for a while, but at $60 versus $47-10 = $37, i think the standard edition is a better deal.
The only thing the seems appealing in the LE version is "Limited edition Cerberus Network card granting access to bonus content." But that is way to vague for me...
man....no go...
i'm just gonna say this is a bad die, i popped a e6300 pentium dual core and can do some OCing no problem. e8400 goes in and same stability issues.
oh well...thanks for all the help and info everyone.
ah crap....
too late for that at least with amazon.
I guess i'll want for a few more driver updates just to make sure, and then RMA with XFX directly (don't know how they would find it though... since i can 3d Vantage on extreme without the card crashing). or maybe switch it into another...
i've had a few problems....
sometimes randomly the screen freezes with vertical bars (green typically and the color changes) and then i need to restarted.
since i got the card (about 4 weeks now) it has happened probably 15-20 times. Almost all of the times it happened as i was browsing the...
for the RAM it's 2x2gb (rated at 1066MHz) 5-5-5-15 timings and 2.1V (stock voltage for the dimms). i'm already running the ram at under 1066 so I'm assuming that's not the issue.
I haven't touched Vcore at all (mostly cuz i remember OCing a e6300 about 500MHz without messing with the voltage)...
Hey,
I know that OCs are a luck of the draw and that it varies from processor to processor, but I increased my E8400 from 3.0 to 3.1 GHz and i get stability issues....(Orthos, superpi)
was wondering what was the "normal" amount people have been OCing and still remain stable.
I don't think...
...ultimate boot drive....
just don't use shut off.... put the computer into sleep and/or hibernate and don't need to worry about 1-2 minute boot ups.
