Use softfsb. Choose the Asus P3B-F mobo as the target and click on get fsb. It'll allow you to switch to 103/105 Mhz. Too bad nothing between those though. You can get it at www.tweakfiles.com.
I have a Celeron 600 retail @ 850 using stock HSF @ 1.5v no problems. It will do 900@1.9v and about 35C. I tried running seti@home with it but it kept crashing every 30 minutes or so. Switched over to my Golden Orb with some crappy heat compound and now it'll run seti@home forever without...

Try onvia.ca. Their office is based in Richmond. They have an asus slotket for $18. It's great! It can change the voltage but not the FSB. I think onvia.ca also carries the abit slotket as well. Free delivery from Richmond shouldn't take more than a day or two.
What's the max voltage that YOU are currently running on your celery-II? My friend claims to be running his celery-II-566@850@2.2v... Makes me shudder to think that this is nearly 50% abobe the rated voltage.
My Celery-II-600 with retail Intel HSU will only run at 750 (9x83) but wcpuid shows...
