    How much do you weigh and how many pull ups can you do?

    185lb, 3 sets of 8 with sideways grip (palms facing each other) not sure if those are the right type of chins/pullups to do but they seem to have a nice balance between working my back and my arms. Chinups go straight to the biceps and pullups seem to be more back/shoulders, I combine the two.
