It been a long wait ( about a year ) since last update to PC Wreckfest. Bugbear has waited until the console version were done. So come Tue, Aug 27, consoles get their first release of Wreckfest and us PC players get a major new update come Tue, Aug 27! :D

It been a long wait ( over 8 months ) since we got a new car in Wreckfest. The Lawnmover last Nov don't count. :p Bugbear release Build #11 yesterday with the first Asian car to be in the game: :D

After a long 9 month wait, Build #7 finally got release at the end of June. Build needed a few hotfixes, but now
Build #7 pretty stable online. Bugbear added a couple of new cars and Team racing mode and a bigger oval to race and derby on.

With the latest patch for Build #6, Bugbear has tweak the netcode to be less laggy, so now we can have 24 player lobbies again. And in my testing this weekend, 18-24 lobbies were lag free most of the time...

After a long wait Bugbear has finally release Build #6 that has real deal online Multiplayer and Bugbear has given Next Car Game an official new name, Wreckfest. After 15 hours last weekend of online racing, derbying and Team Deatmatches, I think the new name fits. :D

I have been racing Flatout 1 and 2 online for 9 years now, after I got hooked on online racing with Bugbear's Flatout 1 back in 2005. So I guess you could say I'm obsessed. I had some great racing with good players online thanks to Flatout 1 and 2 and look forward to more with NCG. :biggrin...
Last Saturday we found out how to take the new LAN mode in new Build #5 online after the disappointment of not getting Tunngle to work Friday with new NCG LAN mod. ;D
