As for the temperature question, if your machine is /so/ unstable that you can't run dnetc I think there are bigger things to solve first. Try buying a fan. No, not that, but i made the fans more silent, and with this config, it has a very low teperature, but the thing is that it's isn't...

euh, i can't stand it that my cpu work 100% the full time, becouse of my cooling that isn't 100% safe ... (so i need something that can give me something worth watching, so that if my cpu burns down, that it wasn't 4 nothing :)) And after 6 month's RC5 also get's boring with everyday the same...

Allright, i've done almost all of the challenges in RC5, OGR, Gamma Flux etc. now, but i'm kinda bored .. Isn't there anything with AI (artificial intelligence) or something to do online? - RC5: Kinda boring after 6 months - OGR: Almost the same as RC5, also kinda boring after 2 weeks :) -...

Automatic file startup every 10 minuts

It gives an error with the command: sleep 600 it doesn't know what it is .. (dos) any ideas ? ps, I use windows98

I have an EXE that needs to be started up every 10 minuts .. I've tried to use batch files, but that doesn't work .. Does anyone has an idea how to do that ?? the Taskmaner doesn't work ..

I have to stop SETI for a while 'till I get my problem fixed. RC5 is even worse!!!

I agree with sciencewhiz Most problems are with overclocking, and then you get (mostly) the Rundll32 error .. Isn't it a Conflict between some hardware ?

Athlon highest safe voltage

my athlon 800 chose at the installation (the first bootup with a new mobo etc.) for 2 volts ! that was way too high ! but i wouldn't go any further if i where you ... 1.95V is allready high !

Where would insulation in the case quiet it down best?

3 years ago RC5 started, but I wonderd what the FASTEST computer was in that time .. becouse, if I see how fast we go now (total project status) it's strange that we (actually you, or else I wouldn't ask this :)) did 3 years for 30% ! Was is a Pentium 200 mhz? or faster/slower ??
