There are z-wave alarm systems right? Would they be compatible with Wink? The latter looks like my current thermostat (except that i don't have wifi). It's definitely a better price than the fancy pants version. :)

I got my 24 inch monitor

I just got bifocals earlier this year. still not used to them. If on Win7, go to Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display Also, Start->Run and then type in Display. First option under Control panel.

An ABBA reunion might be in the works.

It's possible they might be that rich and that's why they turned it down. But I had also read that some of the members honestly were so burnt out from the 70s hysteria of the band, they had no desire to start it up again. In that case, money wouldn't be an issue.

The i7 you listed is available via Dell online (in CA at least) for $899 + tax. Laptop magazine gave it 3.5 stars. In the notebookreview.com forum, some have said that the mSATA drive is not easy to get to. Link What's your opinion about the keyboard? Okay or a little mushy like some reviews.
