    WTF????????????????? I put the original hard drive in its original laptop and it would not activate. Now magic happened, I put it back into the spare laptop and it activated in 10 minutes. This makes no sense at all. Its not even the same machine it was installed on originally.

    Try the psu, hold off on upgrade, or maybe a video card. The performance gains of a complete new build will not yield you with much joy. I would bet you couldnt feel the difference.

    No not really. I just saw what I thought was a killer deal. If I could find somthing at some point that idles at 20watt and loads up to 40 watts I would jump on it. I will pass on the lenovo as there is no s3/s4 power states which means no hibernation when the UPS is depleted.
