2-4 hours every night? i thought you go to bed early? i have a 7 year old son and a 2 moth old daughter so i know that it can be difficult to sleep properly with young children... do you have to take care of your child in the night? or do you simply wake up and can not fall asleep again...

Body Hair - What's the point?

a relatively new study suggests that an important role of body hair is/was to detect insects much faster... Btw i am shaving my arm pits every 2-3 days an i have no problem with dripping sweat...

idk.. probably there are people who want to lose weight, regardless where the weight comes from... But if someone posts in a fitness forum and writes about cutting, i suppose he wants to lose weight (fat) while retaining most of its muscle mass.. i see no point in telling them to stop...

and with a few pics you will be able to tell him if he should continue to cut or not? He is surely not underweight and if he prefers a lean appearance -> continue to cut.. Not everybody is an olympic weightlifter or wants to get as big as possible :)

not its not "too much" protein but probably too much calories... the most protein shakes i know have a lot of calories compared to "normal" healthy fodd (e.g. veggies + lean meat). reduce the amount of shakes to 1 after your workout and substitute the other shakes with "real" food...

Audioengine A5 are great speakers! sound comparable if not better then a cheap receiver + cheap bookshelf speaker set but easier to handle without a lot of cables and they look better imho :). you can add a sub too if you need more "oomph". Aditionally you can plug any mp3 player directly...

How many of you dont install to Program Files because of the "admin rights" issue?

Personally I install my Programs/Tools to Program files, but my Games are installed on a separate partition in a separate folder... The reason for that is disk space and a better general overview...

SC2 has a lot of the listed elements like destructible terrain, "cover", shoot and move (phoenix) etc... I'm not sure if adding additional stuff to a game increases its "depth"... So in CoH there is an automatic cover system... In SC2 you have to make your own cover! Use of Forcefields...

That is not accurate.... Because of the bonus pool ~2500 points is standard atm if you have around 50% win ratio and you played enough games to use all your bonus pool... a 1500 Points diamond with a remaining bonus pool of 1500 points is better than a 2500 diamond with an empty bonus...
