Anandtech is the ONLY major hardware site on the entire Internet with no Fury X review, 1 full week after its release!!! And that's for a highly anticipated piece of hardware! There is no way that kind of shit would have happened under Anand. He would have found a way or he would...
Then I'll buy ARM or maybe a revolutionary Quantum CPU from that new manufacturer that came from the left field, that no one saw coming, that will force everybody else to bankruptcy because of the huge paradigm shift impossible to compete with. Happened before, will happen again.
I'll just sit...
He certainly deserve a medal. Fernando, but also Garikfox and Dufus.
As for Intel, they deserve to be stoned to death for this immoral practice of intentionally putting artificial limitation on prodcut not even a year old to force upgrade to newer chipset... Shame on you Intel! :thumbsdown...
Just re-read your procedure. Unless Windows 8 come with the appropriate RAID drivers, you shouldn't have been able to install Windows without it asking for those RAID drivers at he beginning of the installation process (like the F6 thing from XP).
Stupid question, but you sure both drive shows...
HxD seems to be picky about search strings for some reason. From what I've noticed, avoid dot "." or space between characters. I choose this string from my file: "NÕ4ÈÞÝÏúE«r‹". No dot, no space. Once you find it, save the string in Notepad. Next time you test, use the same file and search...

From what I know, Xfast RAM is a RAM disk on steroid. So it's aimed at anyone who needs a RAM disk, 32bit or 64bit OS. The extra features of this utility (as per version 2.09) are:
1- Can indeed map and make available RAM beyond the 4GB limitation of a 32bit OS, but confined to the RAM...
I'm VERY disappointed by all this.
First, QS is obviously only 1 simple incarnation of a much broader possible GPGPU scenarios. Under P67, Sandy bridge has a dead piece of silicone inside it. This is simply unacceptable. I want Direct compute. I want open CL. I want the GPGPU part of the...
My name is Ramon Zarat.
I will start by asking you, please, refrain from quoting me and writing at the third person, like I'm not present. That's very impolite and insulting. I will add that If me and my position are not welcomed here, just say it straight in my face or report me to the...
Please, elaborate because I found illogical to laught and yawn at the same thing! Don't you?
What exactly in what I've said you think is funny? If it made you laugh, I assume you read my entire post, right? Then, why the yawn comment if it was so entertaining that you've read it all?
Ah ha...
You logic is flawed. You are using a straw man fallacy argument by trying to associate Citybank, Enron and chemical weapons (!!!!) with Nvidia. Don't mix things up like they are connected in some way when in fact there is no relation whatsoever beyond the boundary of your own argument. One bad...
Very funny... Still, it is was Nvidia who "Pipe Dreamed" the power draw/heat to performance ratio and told the world + dog about their previsions they obviously never meet.
Fermi is *currently* the meanest pieces of hardware available for GPGPU application, no one will ever contest that. C++...
Of course Nvidia lied to us all about this and many other things.
They have a bad case if narcissism god complex/syndrome, you never noticed that? They have demonstrated on multiple occasions that they think they can say and do anything, assuming their audience (us) are a bunch of clueless...
Best Fermi slide EVER!!! LMAO!
Yes, I fully agree. Fermi is a GPGPU with a gaming appendages that was bolted-on, like an after thought. Where I don't agree with you is about the drivers. The Fermi drivers team had working silicone for MONTHS. Fermi A1 tapped out in October if my memory serve...
Genx87, I have no choice but to respect your *impressive* 24 734 post over the last 8 years, here at Anand's forum. That's 3091 posts a year, or 8.47 posts *every* single day for nearly a decade.. That's a lot of posts, my friend...
You surely like to share your opinion around here. Would you...
Nvidia = Master of unethical corporate practices.
I'm not trolling. Think what you want, it's a free world. My comment simply reflect what Nvidia have said and done in the last couple of years, and more recently with the whole Fermi project fiasco. ATI is far from being all white, but it's not...
