People always exaggerate the death of PC gaming. Statistics like this prove it. There are also more PC games sold than any one platform.
Xbox 360 and PS3 are basically old computers. As they get older in the tooth and when people see how much better the graphics are on a top end machine PC...

Well I only buy digital. You can use the STEAM Calculator to see how much you got from STEAM. Apparently I've spent almost $800

LoL to be fair lotta guys have shitty headsets and mics or don;t have them set up in windows right. I know mine breaks all the time but I know exactly what you mean.
You can control other peoples volume via TS3, mumble and vent just by right clicking on the person and adjusting their individual volume level. Vent also has a volume normalization feature to make everyone the same level.
- Go to Setup
- Enable Direct Sound
- Select the SFX Button...

Its funny how everybody wants to start a clan or group but have you checked to see if there are communities that already exist that you can add value to?
A Clan that tries to follow one game will die when that game dies. To me that is a team and not a clan. For example teams are always forming...

PC games outsells all the consoles when taken individually. It just doesn't outsell all the consoles together.
PC out sells 360, PS3 and Wii just not all together.

They are not as overpowered as you may think. The bounty hunter class is pretty fun as is the trooper. They have playable demos here at E3 so there should be some vids out tomm with actual gameplay.
Medal of Honor Beta Starts this week June 17 (bfbc2 owners) and June 21 for everyone else. It will feature 2 maps and 2 gametypes. I get to play it tomm at the MOH booth :) I'll let you know how it is. Its suppposed to be more twitch than BFBC2.

Its a fun game and it is great to play with friends but I just worry they spent so much time on customization (cars, tats, clothes, music) that there really isn't 10/month worth of actual content.
I do plan on getting this tho.

The guys that made Enemy Territory and Quake Wars are making this. Has some interesting original ideas. We will have to wait and see. They are starting to do interviews and there will be new information revealed at E3 so we will have to see.

Sounds like you just hate resource gathering and prefer tactical RTS games.
I love COH and DOW and like focusing on the combat and keeping my guys alive. They are great action packed games.
I also like SC2, War and DoTa for different reasons. There have been so many bad RTS games its seems...

When you put DRM in it only makes it tougher on your paying customers. The people that download games illegally ironically will never ever play that retail version. They will have the better cracked version.
If you make a great multiplayer system with authentication ala battle.net then people...
Splinter Cell Conviction has a good co-op mode but everyone is right L4d2 is the way to go for co-op. The whole point of Co-Op is its us vs them and L4D2 does it best outside of Horde mode for gears of war but that is console. Nazi zombies in WaW is fun too.
I love 4x space games but I am debating getting this one. I love Sins and I am afraid this one has too much design and micro management. I did love Space Empire 4 and 5, this one seems similar where you can have the AI manage aspects of your empire.
I love mutiplayer in games and I tried playing it but could never find anyone online. I also figured the games would take forever. I think thats prob the big turnoff. Warcraft/DotA and Starcraft games rarely go more than an hour and are usually less.
I would just be careful buying from Medusa-usa. Their products are imported so if you need any service you have to ship to UK. Their warranties are pretty crappy too.
I bought one of their headsets and when it broke a couple months after i bought it I was left high and dry.

lol yea i remember it, funny they did medieval 2 before Shogun 2. Its definitely time for an upgrade since its been 10 years.
At least they are staying away from Total War:Modern Combat or Future combat. I do think a fantasy total war would be pretty cool though.
