DIVX software not working in WIN7

They are using inbuilt codec of win7, videos on XP system shows proper divx logo when I play them, but not in WIN7 even though show watermark option in on in DIVX software. Any help!

Oh, I have too many programs installed on my 32 bit system. Guess have to stick with 32 bit system atleast for now. (If atall any solution to this issue let me know)

Cheapest motherboard for unlocking Phenom ii X2 555 BE

Thanks, However looks like my motherboard has inbuilt speaker which can not be removed, looks like I have to live with it. Bios also does not seem to hv option to disable beeps. Is there anybody with intel DG41 series mob with same issue. Intel website shows 2 short beeps means "Parity Error"...
