Intel churning out 100,000 45 nm processors every day
(By the end of the first quarter, roughly 75% of Intel?s processor output will be based on 65 nm and 25% on 45 nm. Sometime in the third quarter, Intel expects to reach the crossover and produce more 45 nm chips than 65 nm units.)

According to the Intel executive, 72 different 45 nm models are currently shipping and the firm?s four fabs in Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico and Israel are churning out 100,000 processors each day

FWIW: I have seen 3 other sites that were using the same wholesalers as Moogr.com and two of the sites were exactly identical to Moogr.com, but they were selling the E3110 for more than Moogr.com.
no longer available = OOS.
There are a few sites that are saying they are expecting a new shipping of the E8400 on 3-28 and the shipping date on the email I recived from Micorcenter is 3-29, so there might be a large shipment of 8xxx Processors coming on Friday
I placed a order around 9:00 am pst, received a confirmation email about 30 minutes later, it's now 3:35 PM and no OOS email so far. The last time I order this CPU from Micorcenter.com I got a OOS email about a hour after the confirmation email.

I have to wonder if the new Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 45nm Penryn overclocked in the 4.00GHz plus range would out perform this AMD quad Phenom CPU. MMMMMMMM :light:
You might want to look at the MSI P35 Neo2-FR motherboard for $89.99 AR, it has SATA RAID 0/1/0+1/5 and 2 x eSATA 3Gb/s.
