nVidia cards used to have a little problem with image quality, but it is much improved now. As for the best, Matrox's Parhelia is supposed to have much higher quality filters then any other video card, explained here. As for the question, I would get a monitor that supports DVI. The LCD I have...

White LED's, will they become a mainstream lighting?

Couldn't you make a white LED without that problem by putting in a red, green, and blue emitter (or whatever its called) right next to each other? Then you wouldn't have to deal with the phosphor problem.

Actually, I believe that it does cause them pain. I doubt deeply emotional pain, but pain nonetheless. That is why you are not supposed to euthanize animals around others of the same species, because it will cause them distress.

How safe is shooting 2.4Ghz radiation all over the place, as in 802.11b?

I'm serious! Someone did a study, and found that people had about 30% better short-term memory with the radiation then without. I wasn't trying to be a troll, although I suppose it did sound like that. Sorry.
