favorite CPU in all time?

I really liked my old AMD Thunderbird 1400 way back in the day. Now - probably my current CPU (I5 2500k) it's been a good overclocker at 4.7 GHZ.

SB Owners, what is your next CPU upgrade?

I think it will be a while before I upgrade. I am getting decent OC speeds on my 2500k - 4.7 ghz so unless some game comes out in the next few years that can tax that it is unlikely I will be getting something new.

I wasn't a huge fan of my centrino 2 ghz chip. Paid way too much for a laptop with one about 5 years ago and the laptop didn't last all that long.

System sufficient for office work until 2016?

Just get prebuilt systems, no sense wasting your time building something that really doesn't need impressive stats. Plus many pre-builts come with office 2010 free.

Favorite graphics card of all time

I think my ATI 9800 Pro, I used that card for a number of years of solid performance before I felt the need to upgrade. I am now waiting on the new AMD series and getting impatient.

At equal pricing, would you buy a game on Steam or from Retail?

I am torn, I like having the box art and whatnot but it clutters my space... if prices were exactly equal I would probably buy retail, if I could get it from steam for slightly less the balance tips to steam's favor.

It's amazing what those idiots will believe while still not believing in life on other planets... the universe is a large place, it's incredibly improbable that there are no planets or even moons with at least some form of life.

Computer monitor flickering, why?

I figured it was probably kaput. At over 3.5 years old I doubt it still has any warranty left. I was kind of looking for an excuse to upgrade to something larger anyhow...

For the last couple weeks my monitor has been flickering violently when I first turn it on. There is no issues if I just leave the monitor on 24/7 which I am tempted to do but if I leave it powered down for any extended period of time it flickers on and off for about 5 minutes before settling...

iPod on iPhone no longer showing podcasts

Yeah, mine were all there, just hiding. Apparently itunes needed to update them in some way to work with the new OS. I just went in and sync'd the podcasts on both my phone and my girlfriend's and it seems to have fixed the issue.

Anyone else running ios 4.0?

I am now unable to access my podcasts through the ipod on my iphone 3gs, they are still there and if I do a spotlight search I can see them but I can't access from the ipod. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Dell Vostro V13

What about the SU3500 is it decent? From what I read it seems to be better than atom processors, there doesn't appear to be the option to change to the SU7300 on the Canadian Dell website at the moment unless I am missing something.
