This sounded familiar so I went back through my PayPal history and all I can say: "Be Careful". Back in December of 2009 this company ran a similar promotion. They had no problem accepting my PayPal payment but never delivered the merchandise. They never sent cancellation notices either nor...
Since there is some uncertainty regarding the model number, the drive I ordered on Monday turned out to be HDS5C3030ALA630. It came in retail box and included mounting screws. The retail box is pretty sturdy -- a good thing as Amazon didn't bother to include any padding in the shipping box.
I...
Thanks OP. I am still using 2007. A couple of days ago it gave me a warning that all on-line features will be discontinued in April unless I upgrade. I've been a Quicken user for years because it used to be cheap when you bought it along with TurboTax. However, after continuous shenanigans...
Got my notification yesterday. Invalid due to missing UPC which I did mail in. I called 877-755-3837 which I got from http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/447/3469&cl=us,en
Don't remember the sequence I used but I got to the rebate submission information. At that point I was informed that my...
Wow, I think it's the lowest I've ever seen NOD32 OEM for so low. Right now it's only $14.99 after $10 instant savings and $15 coupon code EMCAJCJAK for Newegg email subscribers. If you are not a subscriber, the subscription is free and Newegg does not spam.
I would buy it now myself but my...
CC price match policy states that they will give you 10% of the difference. Since the difference is $40 you final price at CC is $9.99 - $4.00 = $5.99.
The product box lists IE as the only supported browser. For Firefox you may want to give this extension a shot.
This week, 5/4/08 - 5/10/08, Microsoft Fingerprint Reader is on sale at Office Depot for $9.99. There are no rebates or coupons. Circuit City sells it for $49.99.
With price matching it's down to $5.99 + tax. Don't forget the Cash Back to save even more.
Please note that the reader, not...
The 55-200mm lens does not have VR (image stabilization). The deal @ Amazon is $10 more but there 55-200mm lens has VR and you get a UV lens filter, an extra strap, and free shipping. There are more details @ FW.
I've seen people posting their membership # on public forums. Apparently Costco.com doesn't care whether the number in you online account belongs to you or if it's in dozens of other profiles.
Costco sometimes takes a few days to ship. Just hang in there. Unfortunately, I missed this one. Hopefully they'll get more in stock and continue the sale.
In my understanding this limitation has more to do with the memory controller on a CPU rather than a motherboard. With the later steppings of the CPU there is a good chance of attaining DDR400 with all four slots populated. Would be interesting to hear from other users on their experiences.

This is one of the most respected AV products. I myself paid a full price to protect all household computers. Unless you're a student this is the best price I've ever seen for this great product.
Posting of coupon codes not available to the...
Garmin nuvi 350 is available at Costco for $350. Shipping for me was another $10. If you don't have Costco membership, there is a 5% ($17.50) surcharge.
Here is the direct link.
Costco is nationwide so you'll probably have to pay sales tax as well. Still this is significantly lower than any...
This player does not have optical out, only coaxial. It will send DD and DTS out with the latest firmware thru coaxial out. It only sends 2 channel thru HDMI. Basically, you can use HDMI for video and stereo sound; but to get multichannel sound, you must use coaxial output.
Also, the player has...
The OEM BIOS shipped with the board is stripped down. The original MSI BIOS has a plethora of setting that will let you adjust a great number of aspects, especially if you are into overclocking.
I used LiveUpdate to update the BIOS to version 1.D and it worked fine. I've been running with the new BIOS for several days without any problems. Prime 95 torture test and 3dMark05 also completed fine.
If you don't do anything 3D intensive remove the sucker (just the fan not the heatsink). The card should handle 2D and light 3D duties without the fan just fine. That's what I did with mine.
I have coolpix 4300 and I disagree with calling it a low end camera. While it looks and works as a great point-and-shoot camera it also has a lot of manual controls if you ever wish to experiment. The image quality is outstanding which IMO is the most important aspect of a camera. Under $300...
I bought these fans from B.G. Micro a few weeks ago. They speak quality from the time you get to hold them in your hands -- noticebaly heavier, smoth blade edges and very little play along the axis compared to most any other fans out there. The bottom line is they are easily worth $10 each...
I paid twice as much just over a year ago. Overall this is a great PDA, superthin and 8MB of memory. It shows its age though with the serial interface and no expendability but for under $100 bucks it's tough to beat.
A little bit of my research.
The rebate is not limitted to Best Buy but covers many popular stores. Check the rebate coupon for all qualifying retailers.
You can also see the list of eligible dealers here.
So, for example, you can try this deal at Circuit City, which IMHO has a much better...
There are about 30 Memorex spindles at CC in Berwyn, PA. I only saw two Japanese made -- both had the screw tops. The rest are made in Taiwan. I bought one of the Japanese made spindles and Nero reports the CDR as TYs.
