At first I was not too bothered by the show outpacing the books, but after seeing the Dorne arc, which went from bad to almost comically stupid, I am not so sure. Quality of stand-alone writing so far is a D+.

Since I feel like there is a good chance that either Penguin or Mafia is bad, and 50/50 odds are pretty good, I'm going Mafia. Leaning this way because Penguin is at least implying he's the tough old man, while Mafia just seems to be deflecting.
Also, if I was the pyro, why would I only light one person on fire instead of two? I need to kill everyone else to win. Which means inflicting maximum damage. And if I was the psycho, there would have been more kills. Highland is lying to save his own skin. And if you believe him, we will be...
