Recommended laptop this week for med student??

Ok I've got two systems configured in Dell after rebates (thanks SCOTTY!!!)... Do I pick A, B, or can I get something better somewhere else for the money? First of all, both systems come with DVD burners, and wireless, and cost 800 and change after taxes and coupons and shipping. Listed here...

Can anyone suggest a low cost way for me to back up my pictures from my SprintPCS Samsung VGA1000 (SCH-a620) phone? Radio Shack sells non-refundable software for $30... its crazy. Arent there drivers that I can use for free, to get my phone recognized as an external drive or something...

I think I found my problem -- I didnt use stand-offs on the motherboard. Will put them in and see if that solves the problem...

Im a $#%& IDIOT!!!!!! I almost burned my mobo the same way just now... I posted this question HERE, and my problem is probably that I didnt use stand-offs. Now, I actually checked to see if CPU powers on (it does), and Im really scared now that I shot my mobo... Only one way to find out...

Connecting Ipod+HP to a MACINTOSH

Hi, A client of mine bought an Apple Ipod 20Gig from HP, and there is no Mac software to run it on the enclosed CD. I went to www.apple.com, clicked support and download, and only found updates for Ipod firmware, and no drivers. Can someone share a link, and post it here? Thanks!

why is the 9800 pro better? How big is the difference? Will a 9800 pro flashed to XT give me at least 25% more performance than the gf5900XT (that would make it worth the extra cash for me)?
