Internet slow on PC after clean windows 10 install

It's a desktop PC and doesn't have any wireless capabilities. The only anti-virus installed is the Windows Defender. I tried the disable it and turn off some P2P network which caused issues for some. My internet speed was/is around 100Mbps. I get that speed on both my other desktop PC as well...

I have downloaded the newest drivers from ASUS website and double checked with windows updater for anything missing. There is no bandwidth cap here so no throttling going on from the ISP. As mentioned all my other devices connected to the same network aren't affected.

Yes, all the patches had been installed. So, I ended up doing a total format on my drives. Seems like several things had fucked. Did a new fresh install from a USB stick and now everything seems to be running smoothly again. Appreciate all you guys help.

I have now attempted to run the virus removal tool from kaspersky, but it finds no threats so I suppose this is a windows software issue. If it gives any additional information, when booting into safemode i get an explorer.exe error that says "unknown hard error".

I am using headphones, and they are plugged into the rear output, it has been replugged a few times so i am sure it is seated properly. Every slider is maxed out. Even if my sliders were lowered, the gray bar in the volume mixer should still show the normalized volume which should be close...

question about hte xspc rasa 750 rx360

Cant give you any better advice than what you may have found, i took the easy solution to buy a RX240 kit myself since i wasn't bothered ordering pieces individually. Its a great kit though especially for a starter.

As a finished kit its one of the best you can buy, however if you chose to buy parts seperately you can get something of higher quality. However if your in for only cooling your CPU you won't need more and a RX240 will do just fine.

Thanks for the responses :) I'm not really sure what you mean, i have used RealTemp to check the temperatures, and 78C is the highest temperature a single core reached during my stress test with prime95

I found a script on another site where i should save my cards bios named original.bin and then the script modded it, then i used ati flash and loaded the bios onto my cards, now the shaders are unlocked and the memory speed and core speed were at the same as before. guess that is the right way...

Could be, last time i monitered ram usage it didn't max out though. However could be that the system is saving a certain percentage? I have the 6950 2Gb's, considering unlocking them but afraid my PSU can't handle it.
