For me, it was more of a "general sense of well being". I had been lifting heavily for quite a few years but did not gain much muscle. I also was getting poor sleep and having some recovery issues as well. The TRT has done well for me and was not about "gainz" (I'd love to have more, but that...
Hi! My name is Lazarus and I have low testosterone. :)
For me, the impact is not obvious with the energy and libido because it feels "normal" now, but I feel it on days I don't take it. Your best bet is to work on heavy weightlifting to set yourself with the greatest amount of free...
I am trying to find a way to help an elderly woman who has very jerky hand movements. I don't know how much she would be able to use it to play games or surf the net, but maybe enough to get youtube working? Does anyone know of any way I could accomplish something like this?
Any help would...
This reminds me of watching my father play "Pinball" for the NES. Dad was a regular pinball player in his youth and he would shake the controller as if he was shaking the machine! lol
On a side note, someone posted something here about using a place called "Recovery Force" or something to that effect. That posting is now gone... any idea why?
Yeah, it's really only one file, but it's a fairly important one. I do some photography as a hobby, and the file I missed in my backups was my lightroom catalog... It represents many hundreds of hours of photo editing. :(
I have a Crucial M4 that as of Friday morning just will not show up in BIOS or anywhere else on any machine I have tried it on (tried it on 3 machines). Crucial has a "power cycle" fix that I have tried over a dozen times but to no avail. Does anyone here have any other recommendations on...
Based on the info from this article, I think I will get the new 300MM F4 PF lens.
However, I called around and checked all the major sites and everyone is back ordered. :(
Truth be told, I have never really understood this thought process. Most professions are all about having the right tool for the job, but I have heard this said before about photographers that "making due" with lesser tools makes you better? I guess it leads to a philosophy question of "Is it...
If it matters the person "behind" him is holding him so that I could get a shot (he moves around a lot). That said, I'm sure someone more skilled in photoshop could remove her. The best I could do was to make the bright blue shirt a little less distracting.
By contrast do you mean that I...
I noticed the artifacting too, but only when I posted here...Might be a photobucket thing.
Thank you for the advice on stopping it down. I shot it at F4, but you think I needed to take it at more like F2.8?
I'm still pretty "raw" (Get it?) when it comes to photography and I am mostly looking to take great photos of my children. I took a photo last night and did some editing in lightroom last night. I would appreciate any advice on how I could have done better with this shot, either in camera or...
To answer a few of the questions posed, I often shoot sports, but it is mostly my children (all still fairly young) playing sports.
As far as body, I use a Nikon D750, and have a D5200 as a backup
With the new 300mm F4 PF lens released, I find myself in a conundrum. I have seen a lot of good reviews of the new 300mm F4 and I now find myself wondering if one more full stop of light is really worth $3800... Anyone have any experience with these lenses and/or any thoughts on this?
This is great Stuff Dullard, thank you. I don't know if I will have time for this in the next week before the end of the year, but I can do it next year, since I will have 6 years to use the money. :)
I have a 401k but not an IRA... Maybe something to look into, since I guess I could do it without penalty.
My wife homeschools our 4 biological children and 3 foster children, so I don't think I would want to add to her burden by having her work too. Seems like a good way for her to go...
This feels like it must be the dumbest thing I have ever asked anywhere, but yes, is there any way (other than getting a 2nd job and making more $$) to raise my tax liability?
The reason I would ask seems important in this situation. :)
My wife and I are foster parents, and it is...
IMO it is simply understanding that there ARE differences between the different races and their cultures. I think some would say that seeing any differences at all makes you racist.
I'm with NAC on this one. I take photos of my kids, but I also do a lot of sports photography, since my kids are into sports (man, taking photos of football is TOUGH).
My 8, 7, and 5 year old kids played Trine 2 together and beat the game, so as long as they are willing to work together, I don't think this is too hard for a 10 year old at all.
4 of my kid have football practice tonight and I was intending to bring my Nikon D5200 and use my 70-200MM to take some fun photos. However, it is forecast to rain this afternoon/evening. I have never used my camera in the rain before... Is it safe? Will it break the camera? Even more...
A lot of really good points here, thank you. In his case, I do have a lot of work to teach him aggressiveness, but intensity he has down (through no teaching of mine, he was just born super SUPER competitive). I can help him learn his stances, but any advice on how to teach explosiveness? He...
The lifting part is not really a problem, since we have been lifting since he was 6 and he recently set a world record for squat with the AAU (Sorry, proud dad had to take the time to brag about my kid)
I'm assuming that is why he is so freaking fast and thus why they want him to play RB...
Honestly, he has only had 4 practices so far, and no real 1 on 1 work done with any of the boys (all drills and tackling practice in the first 3, and then working on plays in the most recent practice). Coach is really only one guy, so I don't expect him to be able to give the kind of...
My son (8 years old, almost 9) has been picked by the coach to be the main running back on his football team (yay!). However, he has some issues with how to correctly hold the ball so he doesn't fumble. I am trying to help him, and have looked up some different styles of holding the ball, but...
I had this happen to me not that long ago. It was the heating coil that went out. I would call a repair person, since it was not all that expensive to fix ($175 or so).
