My general experience with Dell is that they build some quality computers at a good price. You really get a decent computer for what you pay for and that's all I would ask for from a computer company. Their support is really good compared to other companies. Though I got in on one of the 4500...
Yea, we had it here in NJ for a little bit. But it was only rent 1 per day for 30 days. Still an amazing deal though. Then they got rid of it. They said something like members were stealing DVD's or some crap, I dunno. I wish it was still around thoug because Blockbuster was literally...
Actually, the p910 has the Diamondtron tube which shouldn't have those lines. The p900 is the trinitron tube which will have those lines. Make sure you won't mind having these faint lines on your monitor before ordering.
Here's the specs for the p900 someone requested: p900 specs
Just do what I did. Call them up and say you want a Compaq p910 monitor. They will tell you it's not in stock and will offer you the p900 for $199 instead. Either that or directly ask for he p900. It's very simple and no haggling needed.
I just got off the phone with a sales rep and ordered my p900. I called up and asked for the p910 and again he said they were out of stock on those and first thing he offered was the p900. He also showed me a Samsung monitor for around $269. I said I'd go with the p900 and asked if I could...
My salesman just suggested it to me. He was very helpful actually because he was trying to find me another monitor with the same specs/price range. The p900 was the first one he offered in the 4 or 5 monitors he found. But I declined the offer and said I'd call back to see when the p910 was...
Yea, I'm not sure if they are going to be discontinued or just on back order. I was just posting what they told me, but I will call back tomorrow sometime and ask again for a few more days. What are the differences between the p900 and the p910? I know they are different tubes, but are there...
So getting the p900 would be just as good as the p910? The sales rep did offer me that, but I didn't ask for the price on it. If they do offer that price, should I go for it? Also, I asked about the back order thing and the sales rep told me that it will take about 2 weeks at most to ship for...
Hey guys, I just received my Radeon 8500LE($99) from newegg. It did come clocked at 250/275 with 3.3ns Hynix mem. Though I'm having a problem ever since I installed the card. I posted a thread on it in the tech support forum, if anyone knows what's wrong or can give me some insight, it would...
Some info about my machine:

Before I begin I'd like to state that everything was working prior to installing the Radeon. Once I booted up, the computer with the new card, I noticed I couldn't connect...
