I'm nowadays devoting my computers to climateprediction.net... There's hardly speak of competition there because after 2 weeks I've still not turned in a single workunit (the workunits are very large and take a few weeks to process :) )... Oh and I'm doing this only to predict how the excessive...

The good old days when we would call eachother gentically impaired over some stupid program that tries to find a 64-bit number...! :) In this new world however, it's better to remain diplomatic. Kiss an ass or two every now and then; in the end it might even get you somewhere! :)

Greetings from The Netherlands :-)

We (me and my mates) used to be a member of S@N too. We had done about 2100 wu's, but then started doing RC5 :) Oh and then we retired those blocks into the SETI 'division' of DPC; I believe we are still taking 4th place within that 'huge division' of DPC :)

How do you get ppstats to display the dnet pproxy buffer levels ?

I use a seperate perl-script that I wrote myself to parse the console-log that is generated by the proxy. It writes a textfile and I read that textfile with PHP to display it everywhere I want to. :)

does anybody have the source code for SETI?

<< oh the other thing is that the winnt file is called 386cmdlin etc so does that mean its only using the 386 instruction set? >> No, it means it uses instructions from the 386 and upward instruction-sets. I think :)

Ars Technica to attack DPC in RC5?
