i have modified 2 times. here is the first method (easyer than the second)
(1) connect L1 w/ pencile
(2) connect L7 w/ pencile (voltage -> 1.85V)
(3) modify k7tpro mobo (one cutting n soldering 2 jumper lines)
unfortunatly my oc web is a korean page. i guess u can't read
but u can see...
IaPuP is right
it's very hard to cut the bridges
only a few people who has good tools can do it
so we usally choose soldering on mobo instead of cutting the bridges
there r three ways to oc amd cpu
(1) using mobo supporting multiply adjustment like ASUS or ABIT (very easy)
(2) soldering on...

there is a good guid in Tom's Hardware SIte
http://www.tomshardware.com/
modify MSI k7tpro board n u can OC.
u can adjust core voltage w/ L7 bridges (connect all = 1.85V)
u can adjust FID (clock upperbound) w/ L6 bridges (connect all = 1050MHz)
u can adjust BP_FID (clock) w/ L1 bridges (connect all = OC enable)
u can adjust BP_FID (clock) w/ soldering on mother...

i have read a posting "QDI K7T mobo has only BP_FID jumper but no FID jumper"
if it's right, u should connect all the L6 bridges. n u will be able to OC w/ jumper.
L6 bridges is to adjust FID which means multiply upperbound and all closed means 10.5
i hope u will succeed :)
reconnect L1 bridges n try again
u should check specially the first one of L1 bridges (it's close to "L1" character on CPU)
if not closed, u cant use 0.5 multiplyer.
actually golden orb is not good for oc.
but it's enough to cool tb900 w/o oc, i guess.
ur temperature is very high.
check hsf installation.
do u use thermal grease?
