My brother was able to get this card to flash and the core up by 135.... unfortunately not much luck on the memory. You really can't beat it for the price. Just ordered two of them. :)

I've heard from a friend at NewEgg about a potential shortage of some products coming in the next few weeks, and usually he is quite on about his rumors. Mostly the 6xxx series will be seeing some shortages, so expecting the price to jump a little for a bit.

I just noticed that the XFX 6870 is about $30 more on New Egg then all of the other brands.. My brother is thinking about purchasing this card for his rig, and it would be a nice upgrade for him. I want to recommend it to him, but I'm not sure if it's worth the extra money...
