So I just placed an order on Amazon for a 780 gtx Ghz Edition

Yeah I like it, nice card, good cooler, sexy backplate. Really no reason to use anything other than MSI AfterBurner. Precision has a poopy voltage control interface, and the 1.3v softmod only works with AB anyways.

I'm just glad evil Nvidia released G-Sync, despite it being more costly and inferior to vaporware. If it wasn't for Nvidia AMD would have never realized that gamers actually want a smooth gaming experience.

The deep cuts are clearly from usage drop off, however it still throttles more and more under load the longer the the card is run. Where is the power target slider? Erm, why the heck are they using AB 2.3.1?

Its hard to take anything people say these days at face value, with programs like AMDs influencer and other shill programs out there. I think a wait and see position is best here, I haven't seen anything new on freesync since the initial stories.

Still fairly impressive. I only get 813 with my i5-4670k @ 4.8GHz and my HD4600 @ 1.75GHz. That said I would rather see some non AMD derived tests, obviously.

No it won't damage your video card, however it can crash the application. This is why we have borderless windowed mode.

Yes if you're going single aftermarket is the way to go. If you go dual card on a dual slot board, stick to reference or water.

EVGA 780Ti Classified BIOS mod - 1.21v BIOS capable!

I like boost 2.0 on my GHz but my card even at 1200Mhz doesn't even hit the 90% power mark on the stock bios, even 1.28v with the MSI softmod is usable under stock bios... Which is nice I guess if you care about warranty, which I really don't but some might. Edit: I thought classifieds came...

Uh, use MSI afterburner or similar software to track GPU usage. If it isn't close to 99% its generally a good indication of a CPU bottleneck.
