FAT32 Maximum Capacity

You can bypass the W2k limit by creating the fat32 partition with fdisk, or upgrading from W98.

How to select video slot preference on Abit KT7?????

I am trying to run dual monitors on a KT7 board but can't get it to work. I suspect it is because I am unable to select a slot preference for the video card on boot. Anyone know if it is possible to set this on the KT7? Thanks

New Voodoo5 Drivers for W2K - v1.04

There is a dead link on 3DFX's website to the driver noted in the tread title. Does anyone have a copy of this file? I am trying to run the Nascar4 demo in W2k and I'm hoping this driver will help. If anyone has it, please post a link. Thanks, Rawdog

Garmin GPS III PLUS marked down to $ 99.88 at OD

You know, the GPS III Plus and the GPS III Pilot look identical. There must be a way to update the III+ with the aviation info. Does anyone have a clue? I think I'll just trade mine plus some cash for the III+ Pilot.

Problems with Highpoint Raid controller.

fink8 Do what I did. RMA the RAID version for a non-RAID version and get the Promise card. I paid $20 bucks at buy.com. You can modify it and make it into the RAID version of the Promise card.

***CAUTION****For people who bought k6-III 450s from tigerdirect

Microbarn has nice PC133 prices...

I've ordered from Microbarn, and I think their service is great. Part where shipped right away and package very well. And when I had to RMA my KT7-RAID because of a flakey raid chip, they were very friendly, understanding, an accommodating. Even let me trade that sucker for a non-raid version...

no more cell bills? long range cordless phones (5 to 100 miles)

My cell phone is already cheaper than my home phone, but I don't talk very much. I get 1000 minutes a month and never use it all. I guess if I talked more, a whole lot more, it might be worth concidering, maybe. Very expensive.

Anybody have any comments on the Antec 303X 300w power supply? It can be had for $37.82 minus $10 for new customers from buy.com. I know, you get what you pay for, but I see this power supply offer almost everywhere, so maybe it's doing ok. Anyone had any experience with this ps?

Hey WingzNut, I overclocked it to 183. I see no difference. So I just set it back to the default. It runs hot enough as it is. So, how much difference did you see? What tool are you using to benchmark?

Well, I couldn't get it to work. That's ok, I found another overclocker by Gary Peterson I think is his name. I guess it works, although I can see any speed increase. What's the use?
