i just put diamond by antec on a i5 ivy bridge that idles at 26 with a stock cooler.
Dear OP i had the same exact problem a while back. You probably got a air pocket or the cooler is mounted funny.
edit if you fixed that then reset your bios and make sure you put the fan back on the right...

xbox vs ps3 depends on how much money you wanna spend and what games you like. I do the FPS on the xbox 360 and third person and platformers on the ps3. I like the xbox 360 controleller way better in my hands. But the xbox cost money just to be online.
did u hear though she did some photos and then heff saw them and said they were too much and made her reshoot with a new photographer. There was some bush but heff was like nope.
