I have a set of Demciflex filters for my HAF-X and can only recommend them, they are easily removable and effective and they can make them in just about any size and even color you like. It's VERY dusty in my area and they have kept the inside of my case quite clean.

I have not used the programmable keys once in the 4 or so years I've had this keyboard. The only real scenario where I see them being useful is MMO's and I'm never touching those again.
I see quite often but it only happens when I leave a finished video open for a like a day or something and then try to replay it then it will often display that forcing me to refresh the page. Never had that happen to me outside said scenario though.
