With the stock fan its pretty quiet and at 4.2 on my 2500K it kept it around 70c under load. However I didnt have it set up as an intake as recommended, because of the way my case is designed I could only use it to exhaust the air.
This bios helped a lot. No errors through 20 runs of LinX with a 47 multi on my 2500k with a max temp of 64c.
With 1053 I would BSOD at 44 D:
Now if I could only run my ram at its rated speed without programs crashing the os.
Ive spent $19xx this month alone on newegg and plan on spending $500-$600 more as soon as the new intel cpus are released next month...
I dont even want to know how much Ive spent since with them 2002
