Trouble ticket program?

At work we used Numara's Track-It but have since replaced with with their Foot Prints software. I don't use it much because I'm not in our Help Desk, but from the limited time I've dealt with it, it seems fairly robust. I've also used Mantis and have been very happy with that as a freeware app.

Multi GPU stuttering captured with 300FPS camera

I'm waiting on installing a second 5870 in CF this weekend so I've got some games to test to see if I notice it or not. One question based on a previous post... How do you set the FPS limit under the refresh rate? Is that in the game or through the card's control panel?

I've got an old-skool favorite: Hercules Geforce2 GTS 64 MB http://images.anandtech.com/old/video/Guillemot/ProphetII_64/bigfront.jpg That picture doesn't do it justice. That thing was gorgeous! I don't have a modern favorite at the moment.

Totally uneven heat in Crossfire 5870s

I don't know what the Saphire card looks like offhand, but how similar is this a situation to the non-reference designs on the 5800 series that placed a single, large fan in the middle of the shroud over the GPU? I've got an XFX 5870 that uses the single center fan versus the reference...

The 22" was an HP L2208w and the 24" was an HP LP2465, both of which were, in fact, 16:10. Good call on that!

Well, I just bought a second 5870 for CrossFire

I'll be keeping tabs on this thread. I was in a similar boat for deciding on a 2nd 5870 or a new single card until the Monitor Resolution Police busted me for trying to get away with 1280x1024 on a multi-card setup!! Thread is here. (But that's why I came here-- for straight up advice.)...
