Cheers. My friends currently looking at a budget build based on a current Pentium G2120. Might be worth holding off for these new Pentiums if they have markedly better iGPUs, even if the CPU is basically the same.

Thanks guys! I'll stick to using the ASUS add in card then. One thing I will say is that Skyrim looks a lot better with an AMD 7950 than an AMD 5770 regardless of processor! :D

You're probably right. The trouble is that it's very hard to find a half decent machine between 11 and 13 inches that isn't really expensive in the UK. If you go up to 15.6 you have many more options, but that's just a bit too big for me.

Because it's an IPS based display whereas (I am assuming) the Lenovo is a TN. Well that is what is putting me off the Prime - it's very expensive and a luxury choice. I could spec out the X121e with 64Gb SSD, 8Gb RAM and a 3G wireless card for nearly the same price if I wanted to.

Would you still risk doing a Sandy Bridge build?

This is so annoying. I was about to start ordering SB components but now I will have to wait. Sure I could get a MB with 3+ SATA III ports but I am one of those people who don't like paying new prices for things that have a known fault - and the hassle of RMA'ing the board later is too much...
