    I think this question requires context. How much extra does it cost you to get to 16 GB? If $30 (like it was for awhile), go ahead and get the extra 8GB. If $80, then...eh, depends on your budget, but probably leaning not worth it.

    Quietest cooler of any on the market, including the gigabyte Windforce. I *LOVE* this cooler. Only problem is it's so heavy it sags after awhile. :(

    Biker shouldn't have provoked, but that doesn't excuse what happens after. Driver is clearly an asshole. And he should get the F out of the left lane if he's not passing anyone. And on top of it all he checks on his own car first before the biker. Kudos to the trucks in the opposite lane...

    Yeah but unfortunately for me, at least for the sapphire, I bought it from used and so I don't think the warranty applies anymore. Sapphire's official stance is that you are supposed to run back with the original retailor, but I can't do that since my name isn't the one that's on the invoice.

The Sapphire one's second fan seems to have broken and won't spin anymore and the gigabyte windforce one...

    Yes, actually, you're validating the transactions that occurred on the network. You are the backbone of the network. Mining is how bitcoins prevent double spending coins (sending the exact same coins to two different people).

    It's pretty much at the bottom of my priority list. If power was really a problem, I would just turn off my damn computer. It doesn't need to idle all the time. But it's not, and so I don't (turn it off). And I don't care if you improve my power efficiency. I care if you improve my CPU's ability.

    AMD driver issue

    Which catalyst version are you on? Your card is several generations old. Maybe they screwed up some drivers with holder hardware in the latest release and you just need to rollback your catalyst version.
