Well in case anybody was wondering what happened. I did managed to get it working. I took out the gts and put in my old tnt2 ultra and booted, tested and it worked fine. I put the gts back in and it seems to work ok now. Don't see why all that would make a difference, but whatever works...
Thanks for the tip, but that was something i already did. Since it's a Tyan Trinity 400 its a VIA board and i did in fact get the latest 4in1 drivers and also tried downloading and installing them individually. Any other tips would be very much appreciated.
I think the switch is xcopy c: d: /s, but you don't really want to do that. It isn't going to preserve long filenames and you will be really pissed when your mp3's names are cut off. Norton Ghost is a popular program to do this, but there are free ones you can get from Western Digitals...
Been running ME for about a week now and haven't had any problems with my palm (Vx) syncing (serial) with my pc. You have the latest version of palm desktop? I think its something like 3.0.3.

Now everything seemed to work ok with 98SE, so of course i went and upgraded to my OEM ME given to me by Microsoft and everything seemed to run ok...
