Summer PC Project - Updates/Upgrades

So I took the advice from the board last time I was here with my current rig and haven't had too many complaints. I was encouraged to do some light OC'ing and upgrade my GPU and have enjoyed the results. Unfortunately my case or mobo now thinks there is always a set of headphones plugged in...

Upgrade Advice - Please HELP!
