I haven't tried the UTS-15, but while playing TDM on Locker the same night of release the DBV-12 took an extra 2-3 shots, the QBS took an extra 1-2 shots, the M1014 was better, but that one still took an extra shot.

Copy that. It must just be on certain systems. I've tested twice on my system and verified. Good thing that after unparking my cores even at stock I am doing decent. Still getting CPU spikes, but not as often.
I remember reading somewhere that BF4 doesn't like overclocked CPU's. I've confirmed for my system that BF4 doesn't like me overclocking my CPU even in the slightest. I can go up 0.1 and that's about it. If I take it higher I will freeze and crash.

In the SP trailer I laughed so hard at the soldier punching the German Shepperd in the face....an obvious jab at COD Ghosts. Also, I have to give DICE props because graphically that trailer blew me away.

I hate to suggest this, but if they don't give you the refund maybe reformat and don't install anything other than origin and DL the game? There is something in your system causing the issues.
I know is a crappy suggestion, but you might get the game to DL.

What about the rumors guys that if you change your PC after 1-2 years of purchasing BF3 on Origin you would not be able to reinstall?

You had to select the squad (or select to leave it) in one of the screens. By default spawning was at base iirc. If they were all dead then you went back.
OP - wait for a good deal on a CPU/mobo combo deal. I got my Phenom quad with a free MSI crossfire mobo from Fry's for about $120. Ram is dirt cheap nowadays. Try to score a 4870 or something used until you can get more money and buy a V.C.

Give it a day or two. Maybe it will come back? I've heard of people that stats doesn't update for a while then next day is back. Don't know about a complete reset though.
