I have the Beta and am enjoying myself immensely, though most people who have it seem to not really understand how to play. I get that TA and SupCom were never really huge, but I played them dammit, why didn't they!? :P
I really look forward to them honing the game play and adding all the bits...
This. Each one is like a Christmas present you get get to unwrap, lots of excitement there.
Another point though, you can definitely go the old card route as well and even use them in hobby shops and the like, it's called vintage/legacy (See here) play. This is what I do since I am way too...
I purchased this recently on the steam sale (got 3 expansions and the original) for <$5. Now the package is up to $16 or so.
Graphically it is somewhat disappointing but once you get past that it is somewhere in the unbelievably awesome range. Really well thought out premise and design. Just...
I need to weigh in in favor of Magner's I like tart/crisp drinks and that hits the spot. Far preferable to strongbow or woodchuck imo. There are some quality pear ciders out there as well...
My nick in game is Caricifus. In the MonkeyShite Platoon, I'll be on later this evening I think. Anyone else considering or actually purchased a joystick just to be able to fly the jets? Using the mouse for that is really damn hard.
I'd suggest checking out WTF with Marc Maron, The Savage Lovecast with Dan Savage, and This American Life (all their stuff is available in radio archives as well if you want to listen there).
Those are the ones I really enjoy.
If you want some information on the insanity that is occurring in Patent Law currently you can listen to This American Life. They did an episode called When Patents Attack! It's a bit depressing but really interesting.

That is pretty awesome, really happy for the two of you. I must agree. I love to cook, nowhere near on the level of your hubby, but it definitely helps to gather friends around and keep people together. Also, it doesn't hurt that I am one of the few guys in my circle who actually cooks, I'd...
One thing that I don't think was really mentioned -- someone noted a higher price -- the prices on this menu are in the $100+ range for a large pizza.
$126 for a single large Bacon, Corn, and Pepperoni pizza ... I would expect that to be about the size of a dinner table if I was paying $126 for...
I work for an online university so I have several hundred names stashed away that are pretty good that coworkers and I have come across. My favorite so far was Golden Cannon and the Cannon family. I'll see if I cant smuggle the list I've created out :)
Butterfly Effect?
Spaceballs, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, the new movie Paul (from the guys who did Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz), Pineapple Express, Liar Liar, Casablanca, Mr. Smith goes to Washington, Breach, In Bruges, etc... etc...
This. I really enjoyed the show and then it just started disappointing me. I could no longer suspend disbelief when several main characters ... well you'll see. It just got ridiculous, like the writers were grabbing at straws.
This
I'm 24 and was (I thought) a late bloomer in college, I eventually just said screw it and decided to become outgoing where in grammar/highschool I was introverted as all get out. Join a soccer league or some co-ed sport, you don't want to meet someone at the bar unless its for a fling...
I have prescreening tickets for Wednesday night @ 10PM here in Chicago, I am not expecting a lot so I should be able to simply have fun.
After seeing them I am pretty sure Zombie Strippers and Tromeo and Juliette were not screened by critics, they are too awesome for the not so tender mercies...
Step 1: Remove all light bulbs in and around freezer.
Step 2: Bear traps.
Step 3: Profit!
Multiple cameras? They are pretty cheap.
Padlocks on the freezer doors that only you have access to?
Bring a laptop and stay a few nights with the extra security cameras feeding to it so you can watch and...
Ugh, just saw this on Citi's website...
These loans did go entirely for educational expenses, looks like I will have to do a bit more digging on the IRS site...
Now that I consider it, I'm thinking I didn't get the 1098E form from Citi because these loans were not part of the Federal Stafford Loan program but were instead private student loans (only used for tuition expenses).
Dullard, thanks for finding that information for me. It was really helpful...
First off - I've been a lurker here for about 5 years now, its good to come out of the shadows :)
Cliffs for those with the gnat sized attention spans / busy lives
-I have multiple student loans with 3 different lenders
-Doing taxes
-Looking to get qualified interest payment amounts calculated...
