    I'm pretty sure he was referring to dealer cost. The actual price the consumer gets charged on these things varies, but down here in South FL, it can be ~$800 - $1K for these "packages"...total ripoff.

    You're looking at the wrong part. There are no clips for the fan on the bottom of the case. It simply screws into the middle partition between the drive cage and the PSU.
