just got off the phone with a csr and his supervisor and they refused to even look up my card number and they told me that in no way will i be getting 90 days with this card even though it is a 90 day card and was purchased before the change.

They sent me a bad charger and batteries also. Now we can all wait till 2002 for the new kit with hopefully working batteries and charger. The csr told me, if the new kit arrives and doesnt work either, I should ask for a supervisor and get him to send monster batteries and charger in exchange.
I broke the mounting on my ECS k7s5a for the heatsink {dont ask} Can I move the heatsink over to one of the other mounting pads or do I have to find a heatsink with duel clips? so I wouldnt need to use the middle clip pad?
