Paint work came out well. Did you have to do any more work other then the rocker rust repair? I know the paint sucked on the finish panel and the passenger quarter took forever to try and get straight due to an old repair.

I’m guessing the OE setup would slip at anything over 7 psi. What did you end up installing for a clutch? Did you go back to a 1.6L setup or stay with the 1.8L?
Have you tried Muriatic acid? You can pick up a gallon at Home Depot for about $7. Just make sure you dilute it with water since its pretty aggressive. Down side is metal will flash rust pretty quick if its not cleaned or neutralized after.

Looks like you found your trouble sports. You can always run the DIYAutoTune spark map from their MSPNP since its pretty conservative and tune from there.

Another fun fact, I happened to win a free fuel injector cleaning and flow bench test from injector-rehab.com back when I was building the car. The 550cc injectors were rebuilt and were within a few cc’s of each other.
On the passenger side of a 1.6L there should be a blocked off port with a rubber cap that can be used for an oil drain back for a catch can right above the oil pan next to the filter. I’ve seen some people install a drain from the catch can to that port so they don’t have to empty it.
