Update: Okay, So I tried everything on my mother mobo, my two old graphics both didn't work for some reason (knowing that earlier would have helped a lot, lol) so I decided to put my 5850 into old mobo and it finally turned on with display..So that means the problem is either the mobo or my ram...
I looked in the booklet, 00 means passed onto OS, when I turn the power on it instantly goes to 00 instead of different numbers first (pretty sure it used to, but I honestly never really watched it)
No, there is no display showing up, can't access anything. :(
