Another vote for Hyper212+. But buy two Akasa Apache (120mm) and replace the fan that comes with it for a quiet push-pull configuration. At low (600) RPM these fans are essentially inaudible. Even at max rpm (1200 I think) they are pretty quiet still. If you don't care about looks, you can get...

Well I've asked Supermicro if the board supports VT-d, and they replied affirmative, and that it needs to be enabled in the bios - there is no reason it should not work with xen. My guess is their compatibility list is simply incomplete. I can't imagine too many people are trying to run servers...
