Never asked for anyone to tell me how amd and intel compare. I already did my research. I dont care about benchmark numbers and im not gonna notice the difference for my usage. I spent $200 on my mobo/cpu combo and from my research that was pretty damn cheap for what it offers. Its not like...
I removed all of my posts and Ill just post in the motherboard and cpu sections individually. I was not looking for advice on what to purchase or intel vs amd fight and I mentioned that. But instead of just avoiding the thread people had to troll. I expected people who have the same or similar...
Im putting together a new pc as I find deals i like and bit on a r9 280. Issue is I dont have any other new parts yet to test it before return periods run out. If I remember how the amps and everything work it does have enough amps to take care of the card right? Or am I remembering wrong and...
dsl gets bogged down when theres heavy usage around you. if its happening around the same time every day most likely thats when everyone around you is online
few days old but i mentioned this in my review on newegg when i bought it. the usb plugs on the front of my tower plugged into the headers worked. but the ones on the back of the mobo wouldnt work untill i installed the all in 1 off the disc
i dont understand why crucial was never mentioned besides me :/ they have great reviews and go on sale pretty often it seems around 180 for the 128. is there something im missing about crucial ssds lol
have you looked at crucial ssds? the 128g m4 is or was on sale for $178 and their great drives i had the 64g for a little bit. ive been seeing all this stuff about intels and other ones having a bug and randomly turn into 8mb drives. read there was a fix for some but didnt read to much else about it
its not a considerable portion since the total price is over 1600 but you could save about 30 bucks on ram ^^ gskill 8gb kits have been bobbing around 50$ for months now
again if your not using it for anything but d3 the extra couple months of waiting can make a big difference in the cost of parts. if theres anything worth while that you plan on playing now go ahead and buy one.
avoid the k series sandy bridge to save some money since your not overclocking...
i highly doubt d3 will have that harsh of reqs. you could just buy a pc here on the trade forums around 500 (or more if you want nicer). 1500 is just wayyyy overkill for your needs. no overclocking and only a 21in monitor does not require $1500 equipment. i would avoid alienware like the plague...
