Xbit Labs just confirmed that Sandy Bridge-E will ship with the Intel branded Asetek closed loop water cooler.
Sandybridge-E must generate some serious heat for Intel to bundle an LC solution with their processesor. :eek:

Well, if you use one of those Intel or (Brand name here) LC solutions on your cpu then that means the air that those giant heatsinks relied on from an Air CPU cooler is now gone.
The heatsinks will then require direct air cooling from the chasis or a custom LC loop with custom heatsinks...
