@OP did you not cover the contacts on intel processors? In other words u used your hands directly without covering the processor contacts in any manner?

what frequency should e2180 cpu oc'ed to play latest games?

Optimum and most stable frequency for a e2180 is 3.2 ghz, just like e2160 is good for 3.0 and e 2140 good for 2.8-3.0.

Long time Nvidia fan thinking of going AMD

I still find AMD to be lagging in driver quality...at least when it comes to laptops...no matter what value for money AMD promises I would personally only recomend AMD GPUs to my enemy because of the fuss involved, drivers are hardly optimized in time or built right to begin with.

FX-8350 temps look fine... and then spike up to 255° C for no apparent reason

I have seen a socket 754 amd spit a bit of smoke at 90c degrees plus with a accidental over volting to 1.7v and it was so sudden that I knew immediately I had to go back into the bios half way through startup! So at 255 ud have a fire even if it was for a second:P

So at least the upcoming generation of consoles will not support 4k resolutions. Because the hardware in rumors can't really support all that. I would imagine that in a closed system the level of optimization attained with multi threading will usher the same PC versions to actually improve when...

does my gt 630 bottleneck by e2180?

At 3 gigs a e2160/e2180 won't be a bottleneck....the 2.7 is a very odd speed for that 2180 even though naturally the e2180 should easily do 3.2. So really I'd suggest update to a better mobo that can support the potential overclock and don't worry about cpu bottlenecking your vid card. Even...

Why do people say Canon cameras are easier to learn on?

Can say its a perception that Cannon is a bit easier to use than Nikon. Can't say its true unless I have used both but I have used Cannons and they are better than many other brands.

2 months to go...

Well I am getting married on the 14th of October this year. I am quite skinny consider 54kg 5'8. There was a time when I weighed 60kg back when I was 17, I worked out it took me a while but it was great considering I really really lacked the kind of nutrition I might have access to right now...

I just pop 2 two fried eggs in the morning and 2 slices of bread and lots of warm water and try to catch up on sleep after 5pm to conserve energy. You need to sleep after 5pm to save yourself from hunger pangs!! Although majority of folks who don't work or are young usually sleep all day...

Adding a graphic card wont do much of a difference either...at most a stock dell psu in the 300-400 watt range would also do!
