Lynnfield i5 or AMD 8320E?

I have an older i5 750 processor whose motherboard is dead. Should I get a replacement motherboard (LGA 1156 - not many of those around) for about $75 or jump on one of the Microcenter deals where I can get a 8320E + mobo for $120?

OK now I'm confused. What do you mean by terminate? I purchased CAT 6a shielded cables, they are patch cables. The have the connectors at both ends. So aren't they terminated at the factory? I was going to purchase the CAT 6a shielded female to female keystone jacks and plug the cable directly...

Will one stick of DDR3 be OK?

Yeah I think sometimes I get lost in forest looking for the trees. The system is just for playing ABC mouse, My Little Pony & Spongebob browser games, and a few other things like that. Probably the most taxing games will be Counter Strike Source and World of Warcraft.

Will one stick of DDR3 be OK?

Putting a low cost system together for my kids. I accidentally got a single stick of 8gb DDR3 instead of a 4gb x 2 kit. Will this work OK on a H77 chipset board? If there is a performance hit, how much will it be? Thanks!
