I signed up for this deal a couple weeks ago. Just received my modem yesterday but haven't installed it yet.

I had that similar problem once I got it installed. The connection icon showed it's disconnected but the card worked (blink blink blink), then it just stopped working with no reason under both W2K and XP.
I started to believe I got a defective card.
Btw, the problem occured...
Did anyone get this to work under Windows 2000 or XP?
If so, which driver did you use?
I couldn't get it to run on either OS, it worked for a couple minutes, then the connection seemed to be lost............any idea?

I got this same drive from Staples and it died the first minute I plugged it in. Lucky that I got in on TDK deal from CC.
I don't know much about Sony QC policy but it used to be a lot better. My old CRX160E still works great since day one.
I just ordered this a week ago and they charged my card for $79 yesterday.
Does that mean they are shipping me this sexiest wireless card? Ooooh can't wait to replace my SMC
Looks like my method is still the fastest.
1) Call in first to file a claim and get a claim number.
2) Fax in all the paper works with claim number on every pieces.
Turn around time is approximately 3 weeks instead of 2 it used to be.

I just got this last week to replace my Logitech cordless mouseman that came with Cordless Desktop Pro.
The mouse itself felt very comfortable. The two thumb buttons were very handy.............one set to Internet backward and one for forward.
